Individual therapies

"Therapy is an investment in yourself. This is an opportunity to shape a better future for yourself, to feel greater satisfaction in yourself."

In the process of therapy

At this point, it is worth clarifying that a therapy session is not always linear, and therapy is also a process, the results of which often appear after several meetings.
For an illustrative review, I have brought here an ideal model. Since all people are different, the model must always be adjusted according to the person.

Welcome and introduction:
Arrival in the room. I will meet you, get to know you and have an introductory chat on general/simple topics to help you relax, feel comfortable and arrive for the session
Defining the problem:
Then we move to the point, we map the problem/symptom that has brought you to me, what worries are troubling you today.
Goal setting
What are your expectations for therapy? What do you want to achieve with therapy? Let me help you set the request for where we might end up.
The central part of the session
Then we dig deeper than the symptom and look at what could be the root cause of your problem. Where did it come into your life and what important role did it play? I create connections between your past and today's life. During the session I will use various techniques to help you release the feelings/emotions that have caused today's situation.
Summary
At the end of the session, we summarize what just happened and what we worked on. We create opportunities for you to support yourself after the session, so that what has been done is really implemented in your life. I share an action plan, thoughts, ideas on how to implement what you want.
During therapy, I learned a lot about myself, my family and loved ones, where I came from and why I am who I am today. I also learned to recognize and notice emotions, to name them and to express them to others. Realize that when I react to something, there is a feeling behind it, a reason, and I have the right to feel all feelings and they should not be suppressed.

Approaches I use in therapy

Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis has been considered black magic and something that is not real. Also for healing UHHUU, but it is not like that. Hypnotic and altered states of consciousness have been with humans since the dawn of time, and have enormous untapped potential. (today there is also scientific evidence of hypnotic states and their effectiveness)

Gong therapy

In the field of sound therapy, I specialize in gong therapy. Because I am a trained hypnotherapist and the work with the gongs is largely at the subconscious level. My goal is to introduce you to how the deep sounds and vibrations of the gongs can help stabilize your physical and mental health. Gong therapy is an ancient practice that uses the resonance and vibration of sound to achieve healing effects

Transpersonal art therapy

Transpersonal art therapy aims to help people overcome personal obstacles, develop awareness and deepen self-development through the creative process. This can include a variety of artistic expressions such as drawing, painting, sculpture, writing or other creative activities. With the help of art therapy, people can express emotions, explore deeper thoughts and find new perspectives and solutions to their life problems.

When I started therapy, I was unbalanced. Emotions went up and down during the day like a monotonous amusement park ride. I lacked self-confidence, the courage to be myself, to express myself through feelings. Incomprehension and fear of the world without understanding oneself. One thing I have definitely learned in therapy is problem solving. Don't escape into alcohol, travel, etc., but look into yourself.
