On the gongs

Holding a space with gong sounds and sending different practices is something very special to me. I feel the space and the people and I come fully into the moment. This is where the magic begins for both me and the participants. I am no longer in charge at this moment and I am simply a mediator for this creation that is being born. I listen to intuition and higher consciousness to guide the hands holding my gong. I trust the moment, let the rational mind rest and the energy of the heart open. Joy and purity are born there.
Simo Santeri Virtanen, who has been practicing sound therapy for 10 years, studied gong with Master Don Conreaux and meditative sound playing with Alicija and Richard Eilijakas. Worked in music for over 15 years and conducted hundreds of sound tours.
