Gratitude is a state where you open your heart and step into abundance consciousness. In this space, creation takes place where the body can heal at the cellular level and you create the reality you desire here and now.
Let's take a little look back at what we've experienced this year and acknowledge everything we have to be grateful for. This way, we move into the new year in an open and pure state.

🌀 What is a gong journey?
Gongs are one of the oldest instruments created by mankind, having been used in rituals and healing for over 5,000 years in various cultures. Gongs are often made from different metals, which have different vibrations and sound frequencies, helping to create a unique sound experience. The sounds of gongs affect our brain waves, helping us move from the beta waves of wakefulness to the calmer alpha waves and on to the deep meditative states of theta waves. This process helps to slow down the heart rate and breathing rate, and increases levels of melatonin, endorphins and dopamine, which are associated with feelings of peace and clarity.
🧘 Practical information:
Mattresses, blankets, and pillows are available on site for the gong journey.
We recommend dressing comfortably. There is also an opportunity to change clothes on site to better settle in before the journey.
