The autumnal solstice is often celebrated as the end of the harvest season, when nature produces its last harvest before winter. This is a good time to reflect on the achievements and fruits that have been gathered during the year and express gratitude for what has been the opportunity to create and experience.
At the same time, it marks the beginning of a new cycle in which preparations for winter and the next growing season take place. Our growth and integration can also take place best in silence and peace.
We also invite you to the wonderful nest of Laitse Graniitvilla, where we can feel together and create for ourselves a new and invigorating breathing into the beginning rhythm of nature.
We are attuning our nature to receive a new period of nature that carries within it a "period" of stillness and centering.

*There have always been children at our gong nights and they find it very pleasant, calm and natural to be at the gong frequency. This is even for louder sounds, because children live in such high frequencies.
Preschool and younger children are dominated by Theta frequencies (4-8 Hz). They are associated with imagination, dreaming and creativity. Children, especially those under the age of 7, are often in this brainwave state. It allows them to learn and acquire new skills through play and imagination.
School-age children have more Alpha frequency (8-12 Hz). These waves are associated with a calm and relaxed state, but still alert, and are important during concentration and learning.

🔘 The first 70 participants who bought a ticket can use Laitse Graniitvilla single 10 cm thick mattresses and the first 30 can use the sheepskin in addition to the mattress. To do this, choose the "With mattress" ticket from among the tickets in advance.

🟡 WHAT IS GONG NIGHT?
The Solstice Gong Night is a symbolic and deeply ritual soulful event. Participants lie on mattresses and sheepskins to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible. At the heart of Gongyöö is a meditative journey of sounds to create a deep and transcendental soundscape formed from the elements.
The ritual begins with Helina's traditional leela. Then Andres and Helina introduce the solstice night and gongs. Helina shares practical suggestions for presence, which is crucial both on gong night and in life in general. Then, guided by Andres, we will connect with nature with the “Elements Hypnotic Journey”. From the hypno journey, we move smoothly into the sea of sounds, where gongs, drums and crystal sound bowls bring us into resonance with all the pure elements.
During the whole deeply relaxing and healing night, you can experience sounds of different frequencies, as well as relaxation and affirmations.
The equinox transformation taking place on the planet along with the gong night creates an extraordinary opportunity to let old patterns and blockages break down and step into a whole new era. This is a unique opportunity to free yourself from the limitations of fear and ego. To open the doors to new possibilities and see through the eyes of the heart possibilities that were not seen before.
🟡 WHY GONG AND SOUND HEALING?
The gong is an ancient and awe-inspiring metal percussion instrument with a powerful and all-encompassing sound. Considered to be one of the oldest musical instruments in the world, this sacred instrument is known for its mystical sound and rich overtones. These sounds promote deep relaxation and help achieve a peaceful state of mind.
The sounds of the gong affect the brain, bringing it into a state of theta and alpha waves, which in turn supports the growth of creativity and strengthens the immune system. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words and actions are also vibrations that we emit. With the help of gong sounds, it is possible to organize, change and balance these vibrations.

I am a creator of Divine Sound Spaces with Seto roots, whose first mother was also a sound healer. I have honed my knowledge and experience with various Estonian and foreign teachers. Kaushaya Vishenkamatrioska and Ananda would be among the first to introduce healing sounds.
The Gong is an ancient sacred instrument that has introduced me to the depths of life and provided me with expansive moments and experiences along my journey. I would also like to offer this to all visitors. The gong night is an ideal opportunity to integrate what has been experienced, to offer healing to the body and recharge cosmic high-frequency energies. Let's be open to miracles!

🧔♀️ Andres Põhjala: Co-addiction counselor, sound and hypnotherapist
Gong creates a presence for me. Having struggled with anxiety all my life, I experienced how easy it is to come into full presence both when participating in a gong journey and playing the gong myself. For me, this is the key to healing. Just lay down and let things happen. In this elevated, relaxed state of mind, the body's ability to heal itself kicks in. The body's energy reserves are restored. We reconnect with childlike joy. We see new opportunities. We are able to see our lives from the side. We are faced with choices again.
On a daily basis, I work as a therapist and counselor in private practice Andres Põhjala Terapia. I came to this profession purely through a personal need to heal mentally and physically.
It has become my heart to unlock and learn about the true nature of myself and others so that we can tap into our true potential and live an enjoyable multifaceted life.
However, our true nature often hides itself under the layer of abuses and traumas. The defense mechanisms of the ego, which were created to protect the true nature, must be gradually opened.
Abuses have created an emotional Bermuda triangle of FEAR, SHAME and GUILT where we lose ourselves and lose all sense of direction. Therefore, in my work I pay a lot of attention to emotions, feelings and self-awareness. I give you a fishing line instead of a fish and with it the responsibility for your own well-being.
By realizing that we have different choices in every life situation, we can stay on course for our life and well-being, and thus be the captains of our own lives.
I specialize in working with people suffering from codependency and addiction because of my own personal experience with these complex psychological conditions. And also in dealing with these conditions. But I also accept people with other problematic situations, guiding them through psychological twists and turns towards self-awareness and healing.
