In this deeply restorative gong journey, guided by Andres P\u00f5hjala – a trained psychotherapist and gong master<\/strong>, you are invited into a safe, nurturing space where sound becomes the bridge between your present self and the child within. Through the transformative frequencies of gongs and therapeutic guidance, we gently dissolve emotional armor, release stored tension, and offer the inner child what they\u2019ve always needed: to be felt, heard, and held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This journey combines elements of depth psychology, somatic awareness<\/strong>, and vibrational therapy<\/strong>, supporting you in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work as a therapist and counselor in my private practice, Andres P\u00f5hjala Therapy. I arrived at this profession through my personal need to heal both mentally and physically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My heart’s mission is helping people uncover and understand their true essence, so we can tap into our real potential and live a fulfilling and versatile life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our true essence is often hidden beneath layers of abuse and trauma. The ego defense mechanisms created to protect this essence need to be gradually unveiled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abuses have created an emotional Bermuda triangle of FEAR, SHAME, and GUILT, where we lose ourselves, and all sense of direction disappears. This is why I focus heavily on emotions, feelings, and self-awareness in my work. I offer you a fishing rod instead of a fish, along with the responsibility for your own well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding that we have different choices in every life situation, we can steer our lives and well-being in the direction we want and thus become the captains of our own lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I specialize in working with people struggling with codependency and addiction, as I have personal experience with these complex psychological states and how to cope with them. I also welcome individuals facing other issues, guiding them through the psychological maze toward self-awareness and healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I constantly enhance my knowledge with contemporary psychotherapy approaches to provide better psychological and spiritual support to my clients, growing both as a person and as a therapist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One area I am passionate about is sound therapy. Having struggled with anxiety my entire life, I realized how easy it is to come into complete presence through gong journeys or by playing gongs myself. This is the key to healing \u2013 just lie down and let things happen. In this elevated state, negative emotions cannot pull us down. The body\u2019s energy reserves restore. We reconnect with childlike joy. We see new possibilities. We are able to observe our lives from a different perspective. We regain our choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I sincerely believe that we always have a choice and that change is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
