Do you often find yourself suppressing your emotions because you just don't want to deal with the topics that trigger you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As long as there is conflict in our relationships, we are not living in our true nature, but in the influence of childhood wounds. We can sometimes think that we have made peace with the past, but suddenly a thorn appears again. However, mature adulthood requires an orderly relationship with your parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don't necessarily have to go to talk therapy for years to repair and heal childhood wounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I invite you to the three healing gong journeys in August: a meeting with MOTHER, FATHER and CHILD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a format originally inspired by the technique of gong masters Abigail Del Sol and Tom Soltron, which I perform through my own personal sound therapy method and therapeutic guidance. Dating helps us accept our parents for who they are - and we don't have to like their characters or actions at all. Simply stating the fact that "yes, these are my parents" heals our inner child and opens a new life for us as a mature adult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first part of the journey, a 'dance with oneself' takes place. Let's get our energies and bodies moving. We shake our bodies to reach a state where bodily tensions are released and we feel good. Then we go on a meditative sound journey that takes place while lying on our backs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the first meeting (01.08) we invite our mother to the energetic space, the second (08.08) our father and the third (15.08) our inner child. We communicate with them through healing sentences. You can participate in one or all three matches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
