Then we start with the breathing technique "Pulling the mind out of the body", which helps to move energy from the lower energy centers up to the heart and brain. The lower centers use primitive systems, incl. to activate survival emotions, a lot of energy and thus lower the frequency of our body. By moving this large amount of energy up to the heart and brain, the body stops producing stress hormones. Our heart relaxes and our brain wakes up. From there we can move on to the connection with the quantum field. Start dancing with your energy and all your potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After breathing, we go to guided meditation "Calibration of Energy Centers" with the help of gongs and other sound instruments. Meditation helps to stop analyzing and thinking. We slow down the brain waves and make the whole body frequency coherent. By turning down the internal sound, we connect to our true nature and call our energy back to us. Where our attention goes, our energy goes. We practice being in the moment and consciously create the life we want to experience. Let life begin to flow within us.
