During eight meetings, we will identify your dysfunctional family patterns in order to understand why you think, feel and behave the way you do. What emotions and beliefs guide your choices and state. You will learn to set loving and healthy boundaries with your loved ones and also with your co-workers. Experiential counseling differs from traditional counseling in that counselors rely on their personal experience, having gone through similar challenges or situations themselves.
